Northern California Football Conference Announces Week 5 Players of the Week

Northern California - The Northern California Football Conference (NCFC) has announced the Week 5 Players of the Week for both the National and American Divisions. These players have shown exceptional skill and performance on the field, including leading three of their four their teams to victory in exciting matchups.

In the National Division, the Offensive Player of the Week for Week 5 is Elias Brown of American River College. Brown played a crucial role in the Beavers' 31-20 victory over Modesto, rushing for 150 yards on 20 carries and scoring a touchdown. His performance in the final quarter helped ARC secure the win in a battle of two playoff teams from last season.

On the defensive side, Kyle Hall of the College of San Mateo has been named the National Division Defensive Player of the Week for Week 5. Hall's standout performance included two tackles and two interceptions, with one of the interceptions coming in the end zone late in the fourth quarter to help San Mateo secure a 14-7 victory over Fresno City College.

In the American Division, Logan Johnson of Coalinga College has been named the Offensive Player of the Week for Week 5. Johnson led the Falcons to a dominant 49-6 victory over Merced College, completing 21 of 28 passes for 325 yards and three touchdowns. He also added two rushing touchdowns to his impressive stat line.

Tosin Alade from Cabrillo College has been named the American Division Defensive Player of the Week for Week 5. Alade's standout performance included 14 tackles, 2.5 sacks, two forced fumbles, and a fumble recovery. 

The NCFC congratulates Elias Brown, Kyle Hall, Logan Johnson, and Tosin Alade on their outstanding performances in Week 5. These players have demonstrated exceptional skill, determination, and leadership on the field, and their efforts have not gone unnoticed.
